한력(韓曆)디지털 다이어리 소프트웨어 사용권 계약
본 계약은 가회아이티(이하 "회사")와 소프트웨어 패키지 구매자(이하 "사용자") 간에
체결됩니다. 사용자가 소프트웨어를 설치하거나 사용하는 경우, 본 계약 조건에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
사용자 라이선스 부여
회사는 사용자에게 다음 조건에 따라 소프트웨어의 비독점적이고 양도 불가능한 내부 업무용 사용권을 부여합니다:
- 본 라이선스는 1인에 한해 개인, 회사 또는 조직 내부의 업무 수행
목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자는 소프트웨어를 제3자와 공유하거나 복제, 배포, 재판매할 수 없습니다.
- 본 라이선스는 사용자 1인의 디바이스에만 설치 및 사용 가능합니다.
- 추가 사용자는 별도의 라이선스를 구매해야 합니다.
사용 제한
사용자는 다음과 같은 행위를 할 수 없습니다:
- 소프트웨어를 불법적인 목적으로 사용하는 행위.
- 저작권을 침해하거나 소스 코드를 무단 분석 또는 역컴파일하는 행위.
- 허가되지 않은 방식으로 소프트웨어를 수정하거나 상업적 목적으로 사용하는 행위.
심각한 위험을 초래하는 부문 사용 금지
본 소프트웨어는 다음과 같은 용도로 사용하는 것이 금지됩니다:
- 안전 관련 시스템(예: 생명 유지 장치, 긴급 구조 시스템).
- 의료 장비 및 치료 시스템.
- 자동 제어 시스템(예: 자동차, 항공기, 우주선).
- 원자력 시설 관리 및 군사 작전.
- 기타 심각한 위험을 초래할 수 있는 고위험 활동.
이러한 사용으로 인해 발생하는 모든 손해에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
보증 및 책임 제한
보증 부인
본 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 소프트웨어의 품질, 성능, 특정 목적 적합성에 대해 어떠한
보증도 제공하지 않습니다.
책임 제한
회사는 소프트웨어 사용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 특수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 회사의 책임은
구매자가 지불한 금액의 20% 이내로 제한됩니다.
계약 종료
사용자가 본 계약 조건을 위반하는 경우, 회사는 즉시 본 계약을 종료할 수 있습니다. 계약 종료 후, 사용자는
소프트웨어 및 관련 데이터를 삭제해야 합니다.
분쟁 해결
본 계약은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 계약과 관련된 모든 분쟁은 회사 소재지인 경기도
용인시 소재 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. 이용자가 공공누리 저작물 활용시 출처표시를 꼭 해주셔야 합니다.
2. 공공누리 저작물의 이용조건은 변경될 수 있습니다. 다만 이용자가 이용조건 변경전 사용하셨다면 해당저작물 한해 용도변경
없이 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
II. 이용조건의 위반
1. 이용자가 공공누리 이용조건을
위반할 경우 그 즉시 이용허락이 종료됩니다.
2. 이용자가 이용조건 위반 후 지속적으로 공공저작물을 이용할
경우 저작권 침해가 성립되므로 형사상, 민사상 책임을 부담 하실 수 있습니다.
III. 공공기관의 면책
1. 공공기관은 공공저작물의 정확성이나 지속적인 제공 등을 보장하지 않습니다.
2. 공공기관 및 그 직원은
이용자가 공공저작물을 이용함으로써 발생할 수 있는 어떠한 손해나 불이익에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
IV. 기타
1. 이용자가 저작물을 보유하고 있는 공공기관으로부터 별도의 이용허락을 받은 경우 공공누리
조건을 적용하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

3 .이용자는 공공기관이 이용자를 후원한다거나 공공기관과 이용자가 특수한 관계에 있는 것처럼
제3자가 오인하게 하는 표시를 해서는 안됩니다.
○ 공공기관의 면책

You represent and warrant that you have not in any way
unilaterally modified the terms of this agreement as provided by
Oracle.
This agreement is governed by the
substantive and procedural laws of the state of California and
controlling U.S. federal law and you and Oracle agree to submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts in San
Francisco or Santa Clara counties, California, in any dispute
arising out of or relating to this agreement.
This agreement is our complete agreement for your use of the
software graphics artwork, and this agreement supersedes all prior
or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral,
regarding the software graphics artwork.
